Horticulturalist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated horticulturist to join our team in maintaining the outdoor areas of multiple properties, working with a team of 4 other gardeners . The ideal candidate will have a drive to improve themselves and the gardens they work in, have a passion for outdoor work and strong knowledge of plants.

Responsibilities

-Mowing lawns and trimming edges
- Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Removing weeds and maintaining garden beds
- Pruning trees and hedges
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment
- Assisting with general maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications and Training

preferably an RHS level 2 in horticulture 

-360 Excavator and MEWP

-PA1 and PA6 would be ideal

-The successful candidate would be trained to ensure you are able to work safely as a team.

Requirements
- a strong knowledge of plants, trees, and gardening techniques
- Ability to operate gardening tools and equipment safely
- Physical fitness for manual labour tasks
- Attention to detail in maintaining the aesthetics of outdoor spaces

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
