APPRENTICE GARDENER

DAYLESFORD ESTATE

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Apprentice Gardener to join the renowned organic 2,500-acre Daylesford Estate on the Gloucestershire/Oxfordshire border. 

We are looking for an Apprentice Gardener to embark on an exciting and dynamic learning journey, who is willing to learn and embrace new challenges. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of professional growing and horticulture within a hugely diverse 40-acre Organic Garden.

We offer comprehensive training in organic gardening practices, including hands on experience working alongside experienced horticulturists in diverse settings, including glasshouses, cutting garden, orangery, lakes, topiary and walled kitchen garden.

We are committed to helping the successful applicant develop their skills and advance their career in Horticulture. The Estate has an excellent working relationship with Pershore College to provide additional resources and educational support.

The package includes a competitive salary, Company Pension Scheme, private health care and 29 days holiday.
