You'll see being part of a big, multi-site operation, where no two days will be the same.
What's the job?
With numerous sites, a variety of plants and lots of exciting plans, you'll definitely be busy and this well renowned ornamental grower.
As a grower, you'll be covering pest management, spraying, irrigation, weeding, glasshouse controls and more.
You'll be busy being hands-on, working as part of a small team. As your confidence grows, so will your responsibility!
As well as this, you will be actively involved in crop walks and support on any projects ongoing.
What do I need?
For this, you'll already have your PA1 and PA6 and be confident in using these.
Ideally, you'll have had some exposure to commercial nurseries and be keen to get stuck in.
