Experienced Head Gardener required for a 14-acre private garden in North Oxfordshire

An excellent example of a country house garden within a traditional estate,  with mature trees, lake, walled garden with a large glass house, herbaceous borders. Fruit, vegetables and flowers to supply the house throughout the year. The garden is open once a year for the NGS along with a large plant sale for local charities.
The applicant must be a hands on team player who can lead by example whilst developing the skills of two other full time gardeners. Must have all round horticulture knowledge  but also be able to manage all aspects related to the health and safety practice in the garden including the safe use and maintenance of garden machinery.
Accommodation available and salary according to experience.
