Deputy Grounds & Gardens Manager

In this vital role, you'll work closely with the Head of Grounds & Gardens to ensure the smooth operation of our extensive grounds. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and motivating a skilled team of horticultural staff.
• Managing the use and maintenance of various horticultural machinery.
• Conducting health and safety checks, risk assessments, and machinery inspections.
• Overseeing tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, and weeding.
• Liaising with contractors, external agencies, and stakeholders.
• Managing the Glasshouse operations and stock levels of horticultural items
