• Team Management: Oversee the Plant Area team, ensuring day-to-day tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Stock Management: Order stock, manage stock levels, and ensure stock is handled properly from arrival to display.
• Customer Service: Engage with customers, meeting and exceeding their expectations with knowledgeable and friendly service.
