Are you an experienced and driven sales professional looking for a new challenge?

The Ideal Candidate:

Ideally the candidate will have experience of selling into the Garden Centre industry and will have gained solid commercial skills working in a fast-paced field sales environment. We want someone who is as equally driven by providing a good service as they are in driving sales. You'll be determined, with a proven sales performance track record and the ability to deliver results. Self-motivation is key and a desire to succeed is essential. The role is home-based so you must be based on patch.

About the Role:

As an Area Sales Manager your primary responsibility will be to maximise profitability and growth opportunities within your allocated. You will capture orders, optimise merchandising, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure products are showcased effectively and generate increased sales. This role demands proactive research for new business opportunities and the ability to close deals with both existing and potential customers. Meeting and exceeding KPI targets will be essential, along with providing insightful sales reports and competitor analysis.
