Hard Landscape Foreperson

Our Client is looking for a Landscape Foreperson to join the Team.  Based in London they cover both London and the Home Counties.

Responsibilities:

• Management of up to 6 staff per project:
• Organise rotas & any training requirements
• Ensure H&S is in place and PPE is correct
• Read from plan
• Organise sub-contractors
• Successfully manage decisions passed from Directors, and adjust your methods to suite.

Full skill set for as required by any Professional Landscaper:

• Brickwork
• Rendering
• Concreting and screeding
• Wood Framing
• Decking
• Screens and fencing
• Water feature construction
• Electrical infrastructure and low voltage lighting
• Irrigation systems of all kinds
• Tiling
• Stone laying
• Basic metal work
• Painting and spraying
• Extensive material knowledge
• Material care and maintenance
• Extensive tool knowledge
• Tool care
• ‘Site Maths’ and accurate measurement and set up

Person Specification

• CSCS Card desirable
• Driver
• Hort Qualification or similar
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
