What's the job?

As part of the team, actively engage in organising activities to enhance the success of the Centre and achieve its established objectives.

Take a hands-on approach to sales within the Seasonal Leisure department, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales.

Lead, motivate, and train team members to deliver outstanding performance, while monitoring their progress and providing ongoing support.

Maintain attractive displays of plants and associated products, ensuring accurate stock control and a visually appealing environment.

Oversee the overall aesthetics of the department, maintaining high standards and cleanliness to enhance the customer experience.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards throughout the department, implementing necessary protocols to safeguard staff and customers.

Who will I be working for?

You

You will have experience working in either a garden centre or in a retailer. Management experience is necessary.
