Skilled Gardener

Evolutions Developments & Groundworks Ltd are looking for a skilled gardener to join our gardening and maintenance team.  We are a growing business, set up 10 years ago, who are looking to expand our maintenance team with the addition of a skilled gardener.  The role will involve working in a small team and individual working.  We are a hardworking, honest, and professional outfit.  Behind the scenes there is an office team who support all the workers out on the grounds. 

The role will involves building and maintaining strong working relationships with our valued customers.  Offering advice, suggestions and improvements to the current gardens.

Previous gardening experience and a full UK manual driving license is essential.  (Company vehicles are available as and when required).  Gardening experience is required, we are looking for someone who has a passion for plants, shrubs and trees.  The applicant would be solely in charge of pruning customer gardens, bed and border management, cutting back and looking after roses, weeding, mulching beds, informing the team of the right time of year to be moving plants/shrubs.  Lawn care and lawn maintenance is desirable but not essential.

Working hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 7.30am-4.30pm with Overtime available.
