What's the job?

As the Garden Centre Manager, you will oversee the operations and success of the centre, prioritising exceptional customer service and achieving outstanding results. Leading a team of direct reports, you will align with the business focus, driving sales and advancing the centre's goals through effective goal-setting and leadership. Your role will also involve ensuring a superior customer experience from start to finish and fostering strong employee engagement.

What would I have done before?

Previous experience as a Garden Centre Manager is a plus, and a strong interest in horticulture is essential. You should be confident in leading and directing a large team and possess excellent communication skills.

We are also open to talking to candidates who come from a strong retail management background.

Where will I be doing it?
