About the role

Ensuring the delivery of consistent quality work in line with project specifications and deadlines, you'll be working alongside the Landscaping Supervisor, hard landscaping colleagues, designers, sub-contractors and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional gardens in beautiful locations. Day to day you'll be actioning site design plans to ensure the horticultural elements are delivered as prescribed while also maintaining and managing all horticultural elements on site to ensure sustained good health. Turfing and tree maintenance will of course play a part too.



The ideal candidate

A qualification in horticulture would be great, but if your landscaping and plant knowledge comes through experience, that's ok too. You'll definitely need a driving licence so you can get out and about in the company van that's provided as part of the package and a CSCS card and competency with a range of power tools would be advantageous. You'll be comfortable working independently and as part of a team to deliver superb quality work every time. There's lots of training available and the opportunity to learn from a multi-award winning team.
