This impressive business is a global brand who are known globally, over the past 3 years, they've invested over £2 million pounds into their site.
What's the job?
As a grower, there shouldn't be any surprises in the day-to-day responsibilities.
Pest management, irrigation, weeding and communicating with the team to ensure the right things are being done at the right time.
On the supervisory side, you'll be there to support, train and develop your team to understand all there is to know about growing quality plants.
Who For?
We are currently working with a client who specialise in the production and distribution of quality young plants, poinsettias and added value products.
Their site in Cambridgeshire is over 25 acres of glass and polytunnels and due to continued growth, they need you.
