What you'll be doing

You will be overseeing garden maintenance operations within the prestigious areas of Chelsea and Clapham, ensuring exceptional standards are upheld.

You'll be managing day-to-day administrative tasks while remaining hands-on when necessary, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient operations.

Leading and mentoring a skilled team of garden maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

You'll be engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing accurate estimates, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process.



What you'll need

A genuine passion for horticulture would be great. As well as a deep understanding of plant care, landscaping principles, and garden maintenance techniques.

Demonstrated proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and client communication, ideally within a high-end service environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members alike, ensuring positive relationships and effective collaboration.
