The ODS Parks and Open Spaces Team are committed to providing a quality, effective and efficient service to the residents and visitors of Oxford. We carry out the maintenance of the Parks, Open Spaces and Cemeteries across the City. Our Cemeteries Team work in any of our cemeteries or closed churchyards across Oxford, carrying out all aspects of ground maintenance and horticulture activities.

We are looking experienced Gardener to take the onsite lead for undertaking and supervising the team on all works carried out at our Cemeteries as well as assist the Assistant Cemeteries Manager as and when required. A good understanding of health and safety is key and you will need to be a great team player and who has recent experience in a broad range of grounds maintenance roles, as well as someone who can operate a variety of horticultural machinery, including a 360 excavator and a dumper. They should be a flexible person who can deal with members of the public in a caring and sympathetic manner and work efficiently.
