About Our Client

Our client is a leading producer of plants for the horticulture sector. They are growing over 1,500 varieties across 12 acres, and due to continued growth, they are looking for an assistant grower to join the team.



About The Role

Working closely with the head grower, you will be learning all aspects of growing high-quality crops. You will be crop walking, managing irrigation, crop husbandry and monitoring for pests and diseases. You'll be ensuring a clean working environment and supporting other areas of the business when necessary.



The Ideal Candidate

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to get into a commercial growing environment. You will have an understanding of horticulture and an eagerness to learn and develop a career.
