About our client

Our client is a renowned brand within the horticulture industry. Their team is made up of a group of passionate horticulturists who take pride in the quality products and services that they offer their customers. They offer British-grown products from their nurseries and have a great amount of credibility and history in the sector. They are regular gold medal winners at RHS Chelsea for example. They have many nurseries and grow their own products for each of their Garden Centres.



About the job

The Plant Area Manager will lead and inspire their team in achieving all retail deliverables, whilst ensuring an exceptionally high standard of customer care which is expected for a Garden Centre. You will be helping with the financial, team development, ordering and buying, and much more while in this role.



Ideal candidate

Our client is looking for a person with a management background that has a good knowledge of plants. You must be a people person as they value both their staff and customers highly, both of whom you will be interacting with on a daily basis.
