About Our Client
We are working with a one of the country's most respect growers and suppliers of fresh produce to the UK retail market. Their values and ethos are vitally important to them both environmentally speaking and with the people in the business.
About the Job
We are looking for a Transport Coordinator to effectively process and plan transport of customer orders directly with the pre-agree haulier setups. In addition to this the role must manage depot POD activity, trays stocks, new orders and de-hires and co-ordinate HGV driver movements.
The Ideal Candidate
You will come with some fast-paced transport / logistics experience ideally from within a FMCG, horticulture or Food business but this isn't essential. However, it goes without saying you will come with excellent communication, numeracy and analytical skills; be a proactive problem solver!
