About our client
This client is a family-run Group of Garden Centres in the UK that are in the top 5 groups. A group that is big on developing not only their stores but also the employees who help the centres run and become so successful.
About the job
As Plant Area Manager you will be in charge of the outdoor area of our Garden Centre which includes planning and supervising staff in the daily running of the plant area. Make sure all the stock is clearly on show with pricing, replenishment, and merchandising. You will also be in charge of developing your team, making sure they are offering the best customer service.
Ideal candidate
For this role and our company, you need to be friendly with an engaging personality while having a genuine love for retail and customer service. To be in the plant area you need to share that love for retail with a passion for plants, plant knowledge is an absolute must in this role as you will be passing this on to many customers and colleagues.
