About our client
The company is a busy garden centre situated in Sheffield and prides themselves on providing expert knowledge to their customers. Equipped with a strong plant area, farm shop, and catering areas, this garden centre is not one to miss.
About the job
In this role, you will be overseeing the day-to-day running of the Plant Area and the team within that area too. You will be focusing on growing and developing the plant area within this site which will then lead to overall sales and profit increases for the store. You will also be required to undertake duty roles too.
Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will come with a passion for plants and a leadership background to some degree. A forward-thinking person with a can-do attitude will help develop this centre and its plant area. Somebody that is customer-driven is also a must due to the high levels of customer service that we offer.
