Grounds Maintenance Foreperson | Kent
About Our Client
You will be joining an multi award-winning company of almost 15 years that work to deliver high quality grounds maintenance services, primarily across the corporate sector. Not only are they professional and customer focussed but they are also passionate about the environment and are equally committed to working sustainably.
About The Role
In this role you will be working in a 'hands on' environment within a team, aiming to deliver high-quality landscape and grounds maintenance across an array of different projects. You'll also be supervising your team ensuring the client's requirements and specifications are being met. Alongside this, you'll be supporting your line manager in ensuring the safety and compliance of the company policies.
The Ideal Candidate
You will need previous supervisory experience with the ability to work well as a team and/or alone. Ideally, you need to be passionate about the environment and possess knowledge of heavy-duty gardening equipment. NPTC PA1 & PA6 Spray Certificates are essential as well as Level 2 NVQ/Diploma (or equivalent) in Horticulture/Landscaping. You will also need to hold a full driving licence.
