A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Florist / Gardener to join the renowned organic, 2,300 acre Daylesford Estate on the Gloucestershire/Oxfordshire border.

This full time role includes flower arranging for a large country house and the maintenance of a cut flower garden. The garden is well equipped and has an excellent dedicated team.

A flair for a country style of flower arranging, coupled with a keen sense of season & colour is more important than formal floristry training. Experience of basic gardening and the care of plants for the house is essential.

Salary dependent upon experience. Company Pension Scheme, private health care and 29 days holiday.
