£30k - 35k Dependent on Experience

About our client

Our client is a Garden Centre based in London with a heavy emphasis on the plant's side of horticulture. Also having independent owners means that the relationship with staff and customers is second to none. Offering their loyal customers, the best knowledge and service possible within every part of horticulture is one of this client's main focuses.

About the job

This role will include management of a team below yourself, and you will also be overseeing the training and development of that team. Make sure their knowledge and customer service are of a level the centre requires. You will oversee the horticulture department's running, making sure that sales are met, and customers are satisfied.

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will come from a Garden centre background where they have held a management position to some degree that can be combined with their horticulture knowledge. Experience in ordering plants is also highly beneficial within this role as you will be in charge of ordering stock too.
