An environmentally conscious tech start-up based in Bristol. They design technology to enable anyone to grow fresh produce anywhere. They are a B-Corp company who care deeply about food and the environment - the technology they have developed reduces the environmental impact of agriculture.

About the Job

This is a critical new hire for the business and will become part of the senior leadership team. They are looking for a bright and capable individual to manage the delivery and operations of the product installation and customer projects. You will attend senior management meetings, provide key logistical information to the senior management team and contribute to high-level company decision making

The Ideal Candidate

You will be a highly experienced Operations / Project Manager with expertise in delivering contracts and projects ideally within horticulture, growing/agriculture however we are open minded on background. It is essential however to to have some kind of technical engineering project management experience and experience managing mutilpe contracts and engineering / technical requirements.
You should be comfortable and actually embrace a start up environment and keen to support, engage and nurture a team.
