About our Client
They are a second-generation, family-run business that has grown to be one of the UK's leading fruit growers. They grow fruit at their site, but also important exotic fruit from abroad. They have specialist plant breeders and use the latest growing techniques and technology to drive an environmentally friendly approach to growing.

About The Role
This versatile role will see you managing the harvest teams on a daily basis, to ensure everyone is working efficiently and remains motivated. You will work closely with the farm manager, ensuring the highest possible yields are obtained. You will promote a positive health and safety culture, and your team consistently remain compliant.

The Ideal Candidate
This role is ideal for someone who is on the lookout for a challenging but rewarding role. You will have previous experience in a large-scale growing operation, but we are open to what sort of background this might be.
