About Our Client
Our client is a leading grower and supplier of plants to the landscape and construction industries. They are a family-owned and run business with a great reputation for quality and service. The existing team is made up of a group of professional horticulturists who have a fantastic amount of knowledge to pass on to someone who is keen and willing to learn. They have some ambitious plans to grow their business further. The stock that they grow and sell includes a mix of shrubs, hedging, perennials, grasses, and ferns.

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the spraying across two nursery sites. You will be crop walking, monitoring for pests and diseases and acting accordingly. You will assist with the general plant care on-site and support with picking and despatch when required.

The Ideal Candidate
This role would be ideal for someone looking to start a career in horticulture. PA1 certificate is essential, with PA2 and PA6 being desirable. Attention to detail is key, as you will be required to keep spray records up to date and accurate.
