Head Gardener - 45149

We are currently recruiting an experienced Head Gardener to manage gardens/grounds an a team of two in South East London for an immediate start.

You must be trustworthy, reliable and have exceptional work experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous grounds maintenance experience with the ability to identify common garden plants, pests and diseases.

An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

Job Purpose:
To effectively manage your and your teams time and duties to ensure the grounds are well looked after. This is a large commercial project, that will include Leaf Blowing and all round hort skills.

You will report to the line manager in relation to the compliance of company procedures and policies.

Skills and Experience:

• NVQ or Diploma Level 2 Horticulture / Landscaping (or equivalent) preferable
• Spraying Certificates NPTC PA1 &PA6 desirable, but not essential
• Ideally previous experience of supervising others

RHS General Horticulture or equivalent
