About our Client

We are very excited to be working with a business that is set to revolutionise the technology within the hydroponics industry. They have designed a method of production to continually move plants past sources of light, irrigation, and monitoring technology, and now need a Research Manager to drive the business forward.



About the Role

In this role, you will play a vital part in setting up and new research facility and managing research projects for the business. You will run trials for clients to assess viability from seed through to harvest. You will be able to trial different plants and varieties and look at cost-effective changes to the growing operation. This role will also see you managing quality assessments and looking at the shelf life of products you have grown.



The Ideal Candidate

This role is perfect for someone who has had previous exposure to growing in a vertical farm or hydroponically. You will have a passion for new technology and want to be working at the forefront of this exciting venture. You will be confident in running your own trials, analysing, and presenting data.
