Are you a skilled gardener who is passionate about conservation and preservation with experience in grade ll listed gardens? Do you have management experience....Then we want to meet you!

The Head Gardener will take a lead role in the running of the Grade II listed Gardens, creating a progressive and innovative strategy that remains respectful of the gardens history and legacy. 

They will focus on the implementation of the Conservation Management Plan and successful delivery of partnerships with external organisation’s such as the Royal Horticultural Society.

They will work with the Finance and Estate Services Director to manage the annual budget and take ownership of safe working practices and health and safety within the garden team ensuring potential hazards are identified and managed accordingly.
