Grounds Maintenance Manager (Parks and Sports Turf)

Salary: £32,661 - £33,981 per annum
Type: 40hrs per week
Location: Valentines Park, Ilford (Office) Various locations in Redbridge (Sites)

Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure (Vision) is a registered charity that manages a wide range of facilities and services on behalf of the London Borough of Redbridge including: Parks and Open Spaces, Sports and Leisure and Culture and Libraries.

Vision is currently looking to recruit an experienced, talented, and driven Grounds Maintenance Manager to lead the delivery of its Grounds Maintenance service across its large portfolio of Parks & Open Spaces and Sports Sites. 

The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record of delivering high quality grounds maintenance and excel in sports turf management.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Have a real interest in providing safe, useable green space 

• Able to demonstrate a high level of horticultural/sports turf management

• High levels of skill and understanding of all industry relevant tools and machinery  

• Have a complete understanding of health and safety, and the ability to manage budgets
