About our Client

Our client has been established for over 30 years and is a successful farm operation, passionate about providing quality produce to the local community. As well as operating a busy farm growing a variety of fruit and vegetables, our client also runs a farm shop and café.



About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the farm. You will be crop walking, irrigating, and ordering materials as required. Your role will see you meeting with the agronomist on a regular basis to ensure the crops being grown are to the highest standards. You will be managing a small team, training, and developing them to ensure they are working efficiently and remain motivated.



The Ideal Candidate

This role is ideal for someone that has experience in growing either soft fruit or vegetables. Training will be provided so the desire to learn about growing different crops is essential. Our client run a PYO scheme, so this role will see you interacting with the public on a regular basis. You will be passionate about all things produce and keen to drive your career forward.
