We are working with an exciting new business, that are now looking to recruit someone to manage their growing operation.
About Our Client
Our client is in the process of constructing a state-of-the-art cannabis facility in Staffordshire, which will be licenced to produce medical cannabis for sale. They are currently in the pilot phase of their growth with big plans to invest in the future.
About the Role
In this role, you will work alongside the growing consultant to produce the highest-quality cannabis crop. You will manage a small team of enthusiastic growers and oversee the whole growing operation from crop planning through to harvest. Crop walking, monitoring for pests and diseases and husbandry will all fall into your remit. You will play a part in the drying, packaging and despatch of the product.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with previous experience in growing cannabis, as you will be responsible for the overall growing operation on site. You will be a passionate grower, and be confident in irrigation, plant nutrition and harvest.
