The Person

Is there anything better than working outdoors? Helping customers by offering your knowledgeable and professional advice and developing a team of people by imparting your experience? Winning the lottery maybe but then you'd probably use the money to open your own garden centre anyway!

The Role

This job has a lot going for it but most importantly, this is all about working with a company that shares your passion.  The plant area is yours to run and you'll have plenty of freedom to make decisions on range, working with some suppliers and growers as well as the buying team, and layout, creating inspiring displays and maintaining quality. You'll also lead and develop a small team of like-minded individuals who'll benefit from your plant knowledge.  That's something to get your teeth into and something you could look back on with real pride. On top of that, it pays pretty well and the bonus is actually achievable.
