About our Client
Our client is an expert grower and packer of soft fruit, with farms across the UK and abroad. They pride themselves on research and development, breeding programmes and new growing technologies. They also continually look to protect the environment in all they do.

About the Role
In this role, you will be supporting the Grower Managers to ensure high-quality soft fruit is consistently grown. You will work alongside them to gain a better understanding of commercial growing, and then be able to act on this knowledge. You will learn and support in all aspects of crop walking, irrigation, spraying and paperwork.

The Ideal Candidate
This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in commercial growing. You will have a qualification in horticulture and a basic understanding of indoor growing, pests and diseases and crop husbandry. You will have an interest in soft fruit and be looking to establish a long and successful career.
