About our Client

We are working with an industry-leading producer of specialist glasshouse crops who is now looking to expand their growing team.

About the Role

Growing on over 18 Ha, you will be supporting the grower manager in all aspects of growing high-quality crops. They manage the growing process from propagation, through to harvest and regularly run trials, which you will be an active part of. You will be regularly crop walking, monitoring for pests and diseases, irrigation, and crop husbandry.

The Ideal Candidate

This role is ideal for an enthusiastic horticulturalist who is looking to progress their career. Ideally, you will have a couple of years of experience in a protected glasshouse environment and be looking for a new challenge. A qualification in horticulture, along with PA1 and PA2 is desirable.
