Do you have experience in packing and quality control, an interest in horticulture and confidence in working on a large scale?
About our Client
Our client grows on over 80 acres of prime land near Edinburgh, specialising in high-quality trees. They are focused on quality from the start and so source the best seed available for growing in the UK and grow over 30 million trees a year.
About the Role
In this busy role, you will be responsible for managing a large team to ensure the packaging of trees is done efficiently. You will be confident in assessing the quality of the crops and be able to raise any concerns in a timely manner. Working to KPIs and motivating your team will also fall into your remit.
The Ideal Candidate
This role is ideal for someone that is confident in quality control and packing products in a timely manner. Although working within horticulture is not essential, it is ideal. You will be comfortable in managing and motivating the team and supervising a production line.
