Activate Learning now have an exciting opportunity for a Groundsman/Groundsperson to join our rural estates/property and environment team at Merrist Wood College and work to maintain and enhance a wide range of resources across the college estate from sports pitches, lawns, hedges, beds, and borders.

This will involve general grounds maintenance, including pre and post season maintenance of our sports playing surfaces.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

Applicants for this role will have a relevant vocational qualification at Level 3 or above, along with PA1 and PA6 Safe Use of Pesticides. You will have proven delivery of high-quality grounds and sports pitch maintenance, with a minimum of 5 years industry experience.
