About the Job

As Operations Manager you will be responsible for a group of Team Leaders and their direct reports. You will be responsible for the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall performance of these teams, ensuring that a commercial and budgetary eye is kept on things.

The Ideal Candidate

This business is incredibly open-minded about this position and is willing to think outside the box on this occasion. Some examples of relatable job roles would be Operations MAnager within an Agricultural setting, Operations/Nursery Manager within the Horticultural setting.
