If so, Enable Leisure and Culture (Enable) is recruiting for a Parks Contract Manager to support to our Parks Team.

The borough of Wandsworth has one of the richest varieties of open spaces in central London.  Enable Leisure and Culture is a non-for profit charitable organisation and the lead contractor employed by Wandsworth Borough Council to manage greenspaces throughout the borough including the management and maintenance of 32 parks and open spaces. 

The role of Parks Contract Manager is a key post in the Enable Parks team.  Your responsibility will be to take control of all daily works instructions assigned to two key contractors working throughout the borough.   

We are looking for a diligent and energetic individual who thrives on juggling planned and ad-hoc works relating to horticulture, sports pitch provision, cemeteries, cleansing and playgrounds.  You will need to have a keen eye for detail and quality, identifying any problems quickly and implementing processes to achieve desired outcomes.  Your administrative talents will ensure smooth running of a £2.6m annual contract which delivers grounds maintenances services in all greenspaces.
