They offer a fantastic range to their customers and have seen a period of phenomenal growth in recent years. Bedding is an area where they see massive potential and they are keen to develop their offering in this area further. The team are all very friendly and the culture of the business is relaxed and casual - you will often find a dog or two roaming around the office and the team are rarely suited and booted. They do, however, all work hard and roll up their sleeves to deliver for their customers. They have some great reporting tools to focus on the numbers and have a transparent and open communication style.

About the Role
