Magdalen College is seeking to appoint a passionate and enthusiastic Head Gardener to                work with and manage a team in the College gardens and grounds. 

Candidates must have a high level of horticultural knowledge combined with good craft gardening skills and experience of managing a small team. Excellent opportunity to work within a pleasant environment offering an interesting and varied work experience.

Salary will be on grade 7 of the University pay scale in the range £32,817 to £44,045 per annum according to qualifications and experience.
