This garden centre is an established award-winning family run garden centre located within Mirfield in Yorkshire. We have been a garden centre for over forty years now, and a nursery before that. They have been referred to as 'one of the area's best kept secrets' as well as showcasing their award-winning café.

About the Role

This role will involve managing the overall store operations, ensuring the store is well stocked and displays are correct. Leading a team of staff to deliver results and maintain a high level of customer service. Alongside the customer facing aspects of the role, you will be required to deal with stock and operational areas and liaise with suppliers and external clients to maximise profit.

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role the ideal candidate will need to have experience in management a large successful garden centre, ideally an independent one. The candidate will need to showcase the ability to lead a team, drive profit and maximise the potential of the store. Customer service is key so an engaging, confident individual with strong communication skills is a must.
