About the Job

As Operations Director you will be responsible for the decision making for all operational activities and strategic goals for the business. You will monitor the day-to-day activity of the business, supervising across all departments. You will be responsible for looking at how to strategically grow the business, ensuring that the business is operating cost-effectively and efficiently to the established regulations.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this position, you must be an experienced Operations Director, with an excellent proven track record of effective management throughout a business. The ability to communicate across all levels of the business and take a hands-on approach is a key aspect of what the business is about.
