About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining horticulture trials to assess new and existing products. You will be supporting the Quality & Technical Manager with the NPD process, external annual growing trials, and internal trials. You will work closely with the investigations team to analyse complaints and work to ensure existing products are the best they can be.



The Ideal Candidate

Soil science knowledge is essential, as you will be analysing and working with growing media daily. You will have an interest in new product development and use your knowledge to develop the best quality products for the end-user. You will have a scientific background and ideally have worked in an agriculture or horticulture trials role before.
