About Our Client

Our client is a well-known family-owned grower /packer of horticulture lines into the retail sector. They are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced product developer to join the team.



About the Job

This is a key role and you will be leading all aspects of Product Development for your account in all phases of the critical path, to ensure the business hits key stages and deadlines. Reporting to the Senior NPD Manager, as well as having an NPD Assistant supporting the account, you will also be working alongside key departments across the business including Account Managers, Supply Chain and Technical.

This role requires an enthusiastic and outgoing person who can take the customers' requirements from concept to store, as well as having a genuine interest in and able to identify and keep on top of key trends in Plants, Horticulture and Home Décor.



The Ideal Candidate

For this role you will currently be working in a NPD position, ideally, you will have experience of working within horticulture. You will have a passion and creative flair to develop products for the end-user. Be use to presenting your concepts to retailers, have good experience of managing critical paths and working to tight deadlines.
