About our Client

We are working with a successful Garden Centre chain, who are looking for a Retail Manager to join their team. Our client has 4 sites across the South of England, with this role being based at a site that is currently being invested in to.



About the Role

As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the Outdoor Sundries department. You will ensure a high standard of merchandising, ensuring displays are vibrant and attractive to customers. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team around you and ensuring a high standard of customer service is always given. Stock management will also fall into your remit, working closely with the buyer to ensure desired stock levels are met.



The Ideal Candidate

You will have previous experience in working in a retail environment, ideally within a Garden Centre or a Supermarket, and thrive working in a busy and customer-facing role. You will be a confident people leader and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
