About our Client

Our client is a family-run business that, over the years, has become one of the UK's leading soft fruit grower. They also have a team of specialist plant breeders that use the latest growing techniques and technology to drive an environmentally friendly approach to growing.



About the Role

Reporting to the Farms Director, you will be responsible for managing the harvest of all crops. You will be leading a large team, and ensuring the team are motivated and working efficiently. Labour planning, budgeting, and delivering KPIs will all fall into your remit.



The Ideal Candidate

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident in leading a large team. Experience in harvesting crops is essential, although this does not have to be in soft fruit. You will thrive under pressure and be confident in working in busy environments.
