About the Client

Our client is one of the UK's leading horticultural services company. They work with clients around the UK to take care of client's environments both indoors and out. They provide a complete interior and exteriors landscaping service including grounds maintenance, interior plants, landscaping and construction and winter services to businesses, government organisations and facilities and property management companies.



About the Role

We are looking for a senior person with landscape construction team to operate in the Hertfordshire/home counties area. The role will include leading a team of 15 operatives and mainly focusing on soft landscape construction in the commercial sector. A key part of this position will be keeping to timescales and budgets, whilst ensuring the team are working to company standards.



The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will need strong landscape construction experience. They will need to have led a team in a similar environment and can motivate and influence to gain results. Timekeeping and good communication is a must.
