This position would suit someone with some soft and hard landscaping experience and ideally some garden design experience however full training will be given. This role involves some late working and being on call to deal with urgent matters. This is a demanding but highly rewarded role for the right candidate with a great package including private health care and enhanced bonus scheme.
As an junior in the Ops team you will take full ownership of , auditing liberate, project managing our smaller installs, writing RAMS. You will assist in administrative tasks and organisation of Oyster cards, inventory management, PPE, uniform etc.
Assist with the scheduling of landscape works
Assist with quotations and estimating works
Sourcing materials and plants
Ordering materials and supplies
Health and Safety including risk assessments
Site monitoring and reporting
Ordering and supplying uniform and PPE to the team
Provide holiday and emergency cover to the Operations Manager/Director
Tool box talks
Manage deliveries/stock/essential supplies
Assist on site when required
Communicating with staff, clients and contractors effectively.
