Our Client

We are working with such a company as they look to grow their team by taking on an enthusiastic and passionate Harvest Manager. As a front line Manager you will lead by example on all standards with safety first at core, build and engage with all work teams and motivate and inspire the team to increase operational productivity.

The role

You will be responsible for the operational & financial goals of an area of production through maximisation of profitability by executing an operational plan which drives productivity & cost control to deliver optimum crop performance You will also need to have the ability to liaise effectively across broad groups of people from Growers to Packhouse.

The candidate

Have experience of managing teams of up to 100 people in an agricultural environment. Also be able to work under pressure whilst aiming to improve processes. Clear and effective communicator who has been in a similar role in the past.
